All locums on Ronda are verified before they can apply for shifts. We check their RCVS registration, ID, and right to work in the UK. Additionally, our review system creates ongoing quality assurance based on actual performance.
Across the UK. We support practices nationwide. Availability can vary by region and season, which means some shifts fill faster than others. Post your shift and matched locums receive automatic notification straight away; our team can also help you boost visibility if needed.
You pay the locum directly, not through the Ronda platform. Once the placement is complete, the locum is responsible for sending you their invoice based on the agreed terms. Ronda does not handle or process any payments between practices and locums.
